Cancellation & No-Show Policy: I understand that my appointment time is reserved specifically for me. I agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed or no-show appointments, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price to the card on file. I understand that this policy helps respect the therapist’s time and ensures availability for all clients. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
